Urgent: QA Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee quality-related issues, including conducting root cause analysis, utilizing 8D methodologies, managing CAPA, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with Process Engineering and cross-functional teams to address quality challenges and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Direct process optimization, benchmarking, and data-driven quality enhancements using DOE, JMP, SPC, and FMEA techniques.
Assist during customer and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO / IATF 16949 standards.
Examine quality data, pinpoint areas for improvement, and execute effective solutions.
Provide support for international customer/site activities and quality investigations.
Requirements
A minimum of a Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in semiconductor quality or customer quality is highly preferred.
Proficient understanding of DOE, JMP, SPC, FMEA, and 8D methodologies.
Exceptional analytical, statistical, and problem-solving capabilities.
A proactive, hands-on, and results-focused team player.
Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO standards is advantageous.
