Role Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for an innovative and technically proficient AI Architect to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions within the Financial Services (FS) sector of our bank. This position will play a crucial role in defining our AI strategy, ensuring the seamless and secure integration of AI technologies into fundamental banking operations, enhancing customer experiences, and improving risk management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and execute the bank's AI architecture and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

Oversee the comprehensive solution design for GenAI/LLM and AI/ML models, including data pipelines and model training/fine-tuning, with hands-on experience in LLMOps.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, business units) to pinpoint GenAI/AI/automation opportunities and deliver meaningful solutions.

Ensure that AI systems adhere to regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and data governance policies.

Assess and incorporate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and tools.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to AI engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in AI/ML solution architecture, ideally within the financial services domain.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks), statistics, and data engineering.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and ethical AI practices specific to banking.

Knowledge of GenAI observability, traceability, and explainability using OpenAI and Anthropic models.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Understanding of financial products, risk analytics, and customer behavior modeling.

Certifications in AI/ML or cloud architecture are advantageous.
