In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Creating and sustaining master production schedules for designated product lines to align with customer demand and business goals.
- Preparing and overseeing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) inputs, along with monthly and weekly production schedules.
- Monitoring the implementation of production plans, proactively recognizing risks and executing solutions to limit disruptions.
- Assessing backlog, current demand, and forecasts to prioritize and arrange production tasks effectively.
- Tracking production advancements and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure that products adhere to quality standards and customer specifications.
- Reviewing schedule modifications, delays, or interruptions and adapting plans to uphold delivery commitments.
- Planning and prioritizing manufacturing activities to optimize resource usage, enhance efficiency, and shorten lead times.
- Identifying manpower, equipment, and material needs to meet production demands.
- Working in partnership with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, sourcing, customer service, logistics, and engineering to promote operational excellence.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, process enhancement, and the application of best practices.
- Keeping precise planning data and performance metrics to facilitate informed decision-making.

- Hands-on experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing context.
- Familiarity with production planning principles, capacity planning, and material requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Adeptness in analyzing data, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for analysis, planning, and reporting.
- Experience with Oracle or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
- Familiarity with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
- Capability to leverage data and insights to promote continuous improvement in planning and execution.
- Experience managing multiple product lines or intricate manufacturing operations.
