Solution Architect

Overview

We are looking for a customer-oriented Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect to assist enterprise organizations in evaluating, implementing, and promoting the use of Microsoft 365 Copilot. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Microsoft 365, experience in AI adoption, and in-depth knowledge of governance and security to support customers on their Copilot transformation journey.

This position emphasizes the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI preparedness, governance, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration. The selected candidate will evaluate the readiness of organizations for Copilot adoption and offer insights into security, governance, and best practices for deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the preparedness of organizations for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption.
• Facilitate the deployment and adoption processes for Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders regarding AI readiness, governance, compliance, and security best practices.
• Assess Microsoft 365 environments with respect to data governance, identity management, permissions, and information protection.
• Conduct discovery workshops, readiness evaluations, and sessions for stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to pinpoint and prioritize opportunities for Copilot adoption.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the journey of Copilot adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Practical experience in deploying, implementing, or promoting Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience in evaluating organizational readiness for AI and Copilot adoption in enterprise settings.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Purview, focusing on governance, compliance, information protection, and security best practices.
• Experience in delivering consulting, architectural, or advisory services to customers.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Certifications

Applicants must hold at least 2 of the following certifications, or be willing to acquire a minimum of 2 before onboarding:

• MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
• SC-401: Information Security Administrator Associate
• AB-900: Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals
• AB-100: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect
• AB-730: AI Business Professional Associate
