Brief Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Spearhead and manage IT connectivity for new polyclinic instruments, ensuring all testing protocols are fulfilled and that projects are completed punctually. Change Management: Promote clear communication during transitions and modifications within IT projects. Technology Evaluation: Analyze new technologies for their relevance to operations, incorporating solutions that foster innovation and efficiency. Cross-department Collaboration: Work in conjunction with various departments to guarantee smooth execution and delivery of IT work plans across services. Business as Usual (BAU) IT Activities: Supervise everyday IT operations, ensuring adherence to governance standards, efficient budgeting, and optimal resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable technical discipline. Preferred qualifications include certification in Project Management or a related program management field. Certifications in EPIC Beaker and other Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR) systems. At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare (laboratory) sector, with a minimum of 2 years focused on IT application specialization. Demonstrated project leadership experience, showcasing skills in IT solutions and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, alongside proficient verbal and written communication skills. Proven leadership experience of at least 3 years, with a background in managing teams and stakeholders. Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
