Technical Sales Manager (Semiconductor Backend Materials)

Overview:

We are seeking an energetic Technical Sales expert with a robust understanding of semiconductor backend manufacturing processes to drive business expansion and improve customer relationships within the semiconductor sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales and business development efforts in various regions, including Singapore, Malaysia, India, the Philippines, and Europe.
• Enhance the sales portfolio of current semiconductor materials while identifying new material opportunities for clients.
• Work closely with customers to support material selection, qualification, and application development related to semiconductor backend processes.
• Collaborate with internal technical and R&D teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and effective project execution.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prominent semiconductor manufacturers and packaging service providers.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational qualifications in a technical discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, and technical support within the semiconductor industry.
• Practical knowledge of semiconductor backend packaging processes, particularly concerning Epoxy Molding Compound (EMC).
• Direct experience in material selection, customer qualification, molding process optimization, and delivering technical support to clients.
• Track record of successfully meeting technical sales targets with semiconductor manufacturers and packaging companies.
