Position Overview

Become a vital part of our innovative team as an Informatics Executive, where your role will be pivotal in managing and executing IT projects aimed at optimizing pharmacy operations. This position merges technical proficiency with strong communication skills to enhance patient-focused processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, testing, implementation, and documentation of IT projects. Collaborate effectively with users, IT staff, and vendors to ensure that project requirements are in harmony with organizational goals. Maintain a precise database within IT systems to facilitate pharmacy operations. Execute systems testing according to business workflow processes and produce scheduled data reports alongside ad-hoc requests. Partner with departmental users to create pharmacy data reports and dashboards. Deliver end-user support by identifying and resolving system issues, working closely with personnel and vendors for efficient solutions. Develop training materials and lead sessions to improve user competency with the systems. Assist in asset management initiatives in conjunction with relevant IT teams and stakeholders to foster ongoing process enhancements.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree, with a keen interest in IT and automation. Experience in an IT-related position within a healthcare environment is preferred. Expertise in advanced Excel functionalities, including macros and power query. Proficient in data extraction and mining techniques, such as SQL.
