Test Engineer

We are seeking a Test Engineer to assist in the development of test programs, device characterization, first silicon debugging, and production release initiatives for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal products utilizing ATE platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal products on ATE platforms, primarily focusing on Advantest 93K with SmarTest 7/8 and Teradyne UFLEX.
• Collaborate closely with Design Engineers on first silicon debugging, device characterization, test program initiation, and production launch.
• Resolve issues with digital vectors, including JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional, and MBIST.
• Conduct device characterization across various PVT (Process, Voltage, and Temperature) parameters.
• Assist in the characterization of Mixed Signal IP such as ADC, DAC, and PLL.
• Engage in test program handoff, production launching, yield enhancement, and test time optimization efforts.
• Work in conjunction with Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams.
• Execute hands-on testing and troubleshooting within a laboratory setting.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Test Engineering is preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with Teradyne UltraFLEX or Advantest 93K ATE is a plus.
• Solid understanding of analog and digital electronics.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Eagerness to engage in hands-on work in a lab environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to function independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
