Overview

We are looking for a client-oriented Copilot Digital Cloud Solution Architect to assist enterprise organizations in evaluating, deploying, and fostering the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot. The ideal candidate will integrate expertise in Microsoft 365, experience in AI adoption, and a solid understanding of governance and security to support customers on their Copilot transformation journey.

This position emphasizes Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, AI readiness, governance, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration. The selected professional will aid organizations in determining their readiness for Copilot adoption and will provide insights on security, governance, and best practices for deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate organizational preparedness for Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption.
• Facilitate the deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions.
• Counsel stakeholders on AI readiness, governance, compliance, and security best practices.
• Assess Microsoft 365 environments for data governance, identity, permissions, and information protection considerations.
• Conduct discovery workshops, readiness assessments, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to identify and prioritize opportunities for Copilot adoption.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the Copilot adoption process.

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Practical experience in deploying, implementing, or promoting the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience in assessing organizational readiness for AI and Copilot adoption in enterprise contexts.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Purview, focusing on governance, compliance, information protection, and security best practices.
• Experience delivering consulting, architecture, or advisory engagements in a customer-facing capacity.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Certifications

Applicants must hold at least 2 of the following certifications, or be willing to acquire at least 2 before onboarding:

• MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
• SC-401: Information Security Administrator Associate
• AB-900: Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals
• AB-100: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect
• AB-730: AI Business Professional Associate
