Job Description
- Team Leadership: Direct and oversee the QA team to guarantee the effective implementation of testing procedures and the production of high-quality outputs.
- QA Strategy: Formulate and execute comprehensive quality assurance strategies, methodologies, and frameworks for technological solutions.
- Test Planning & Execution: Supervise the development, upkeep, and execution of test plans, test cases, and automated testing scripts.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other key stakeholders to efficiently identify, document, and resolve issues.
- Quality Delivery: Ensure the provision of dependable, defect-free software solutions that align with both business and technical specifications.
- Process Improvement: Remain up-to-date with industry trends, quality assurance best practices, and new tools to perpetually refine testing processes.
