Job Title: Salesforce Developer / Senior Developer (Service Cloud)

Role Overview

Develop, implement, and maintain low-code and declarative solutions within the Salesforce CRM platform (Service Cloud). This position requires a blend of practical configuration skills and technical leadership to create scalable solutions for case management and enhance customer service functions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Low-Code Development: Create intricate declarative automation and user interface components utilizing Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Lightning Pages, Layouts, Formulas, and Queues.
• Service Cloud Oversight: Facilitate case management, knowledge enablement, and manage custom objects (Case, Account, Contact, Case Notes, Course, Knowledge).
• Technical Guidance & Evaluation: Lead peer review processes, establish platform standards, and provide insight on when to utilize declarative configurations versus custom coding.
• Support & Improvements: Execute root-cause analysis, implement bug fixes/enhancements, and manage SIT, UAT, and release documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce CRM / Service Cloud configuration and support.
• Proficient in Salesforce Flows and case management automation.
• Required Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I (PDI).

Desirable Skills

• Experience in regulated or government sectors, or designs that are integration-aware.
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.
