Business Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to be part of a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing data management practices. This is a distinctive chance to engage in a CEO-led project focused on securing and refining data workflows throughout the organization.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to pinpoint inefficiencies, propose automation solutions, and create comprehensive documentation that promotes process efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Gain an in-depth understanding of existing data processes and collaborate with stakeholders from Data Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Evaluate workflows to identify automation opportunities that minimize manual tasks.
• Produce clear and effective documentation of workflows, requirements, and enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between engineering and business units to ensure cohesive alignment.
• Assist the Data Engineering team in establishing and refining data pipelines.

Essential Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables proficiently.
• Process Analysis & Documentation: Excellent analytical capabilities and documentation proficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience interacting with both technical and business stakeholders, preferably within data environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to establish processes.
• A background in finance or enterprise settings where governance and compliance are essential.
