Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Risk Appetite and Tolerance Limits that are aligned with the overall business strategy.
Generate recommendations for Key Risk Indicators to facilitate effective monitoring and standardized reporting.
Create and implement an Emerging Risk Management Framework, along with the upkeep of the emerging risk register.
Promote risk culture initiatives in partnership with Communications and Human Resources, which include workshops and various activities.
Establish second-line responsibilities pertaining to Group Transformation Standards and provide related training sessions.
Assist in significant transformation projects (such as platform migrations) by critically evaluating risks and ensuring comprehensive risk oversight.
Maintain Risk Management Guidance and manage the risk libraries effectively.
Offer risk-related advice and collaborate with Group teams on matters concerning risk.
Oversee policy governance and maintain a centralized repository of policies and standards.
Support ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) risk programs, including RCSA processes and incident management.

Minimum Qualifications

3–8 years of experience in enterprise risk management (ERM), with a background in operational risk frameworks. Knowledge of transformation and ESG risk will be considered a plus.
A strong grasp of risk culture programs and the capability to conduct workshops focused on risk appetite and culture activities.
Familiarity with enterprise and/or operational risk challenges, standards, and best practices in asset management.
Experience in transformation or business projects, ideally with a background in operations or asset management.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and prioritization abilities.
A graduate or post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
