Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the management of third-party suppliers and vendors, facilitating projects related to content development and partnerships. This position is pivotal in ensuring effective onboarding, contracting, procurement, and financial oversight to guarantee the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Onboarding & Compliance
• Supervise the onboarding and reactivation processes for suppliers, confirming that all necessary documentation and compliance protocols are fulfilled.
• Work closely with internal teams to address onboarding challenges and uphold rigorous due diligence standards.
• Contract Management
• Oversee the complete contract lifecycle, which includes drafting, reviewing, modifying, and terminating agreements.
• Engage with legal and business partners to ensure contracts comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor contract progress and keep precise records.
• Procurement & Payment Operations
• Handle purchase requests and orders, ensuring necessary approvals are obtained and budgets are adhered to.
• Coordinate with finance and project teams to accelerate payments and address any procurement-related concerns.
• Invoice Approval & Budget Tracking
• Evaluate and approve supplier invoices, ensuring that they are accurate and correspond with the contracted services.
• Track project budgets and expenses, providing regular updates and insights to relevant stakeholders.
