Associate Consultant

Under the supervision of the Manager/Associate Director for this division, the position will focus on both the development of new business and the enhancement of existing client relationships.

The primary indicators of success in this role include (but are not limited to):

• Sourcing - act as a vital liaison for the internal (HR) talent acquisition requirements
• Lead Generation - initiate activities, events, and meetings aimed at networking and generating commercially significant leads for the organization
• Key Account Management - collaborate with leading brands to address their recruitment needs in the Singapore market, managing essential client relationships
• Team Management - if you possess a passion for leading a sales initiative, this role offers the chance to supervise a team of 1-4 individuals within the next 24 months
• Engagement - leverage social media, events, and cold calling as tools for driving new business development
• Closing - we seek an individual with outstanding negotiation capabilities, as this role necessitates the ability to successfully close deals

The Ideal Candidate

• Possesses a Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience in relevant functions or industries, or within a recruitment firm
• Demonstrates a strong interest in commercial roles, with a proven track record reflecting that passion
• Aligns with our core values
• Capable of establishing rapport with C-level executives, as business development efforts concentrate on targeting global and regional leaders in the sector
• Must be fluent in Mandarin, as the role involves direct management and collaboration with Mandarin-speaking clients from China
