Overview
We are in search of a proactive AI Engineer to assist in the design, development, and deployment of intelligent applications driven by cutting-edge AI technologies.
This position combines AI engineering, backend development, and systems integration, providing a chance to work on scalable solutions that automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and boost operational efficiency.
Collaborating closely with both technical and business stakeholders, you will create production-ready applications that seamlessly integrate with enterprise platforms, data systems, and external services, while also contributing to the design and advancement of innovative AI-driven products.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Construct and deploy AI agent systems and backend services.
- Develop scalable APIs and facilitate system integrations.
- Incorporate AI solutions with infrastructure, operational, and enterprise platforms.
- Execute monitoring, automation, and decision-making workflows.
- Design and implement safety, security, and operational safeguards.
- Test, validate, and optimize solutions in real-world environments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and production-ready.
- Diagnose and enhance backend services, integrations, and agent behavior.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering or backend development.
- Proficient in Python.
- Experience in building APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI, LLM, or agent-based applications.
- Solid understanding of backend development, software architecture, and system integration.
- Experience with production environments and software delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Golang and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud, platform engineering, or infrastructure automation.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, observability tools, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with GPU environments, AI infrastructure, or MLOps platforms.
- Familiarity with operational technology, industrial systems, IoT, or infrastructure monitoring platforms.
