Sales Manager - Freight Forwarding

Responsibilities & Duties

Position Overview

• Proactively generate new customer leads through outdoor sales efforts
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives with a focus on profit margins and overall revenue
• Enhance gross profit by adjusting pricing strategies based on cost analysis, competitive landscape, and market demand
• Conduct negotiations related to contracts, pricing, and terms & conditions with clients
• Assess performance through daily reporting and monthly evaluation meetings
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction

• Demonstrates a successful track record in business development
• Presents strong market expertise in Freight Forwarding and supply chain solutions, ideally with knowledge in specific industry sectors
• Possesses a solid understanding of utilizing a sales framework to identify and address customer needs.
