Page Executive specializes in executive search, selection, and talent management services tailored for organizations looking to fill senior executive positions, whether as department heads, specialized market and technical experts, or in overall management roles. A crucial aspect of this role is the ability to generate new business and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates, ultimately leading to the achievement of substantial recruitment fees that meet or exceed your targets.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The main focus will be on driving business development and acquiring corporate clients within the practice.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the growth of all business activities
• Utilizing your network across other functions within our partner/Group brands
• Building a network of connections with C-level professionals in the local business community
• Identifying and maximizing new business prospects, securing new clients and tenders
• Providing advisory services and customized solutions to clients
• Managing executive search projects from interviews to offer management, including candidate integration into their new roles
• Representing the company and its brand at various conferences and networking events
• As part of the Global Page Executive practice community, sharing and acquiring insights from fellow consultants
• Leading global business initiatives and actively participating in regular meetings with other specialists
• Understanding the leadership and organizational challenges faced by C-level executives and adeptly building peer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
• Delivering high levels of value and service to clients while enhancing employee engagement
• Contributing to the ongoing development of PageGroup in alignment with the Group strategy

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in executive search or a combination of business and recruitment background
• A proactive networking approach, with the capability to act as a business partner for local and global decision-makers, including C-level executives, regional function heads, and management boards
• Recognized as an expert in your industry, function, or specialty, with proven sales, account management, and delivery skills
• A track record of achieving revenue targets paired with strong financial and commercial insight
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a strong customer service orientation
• Exceptional relationship-building, consultative, and influencing capabilities
• Client management experience with a strong presence and credibility, capable of influencing executives and delivering consultative services
• Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing long-term objectives with short-term deliverables
• Experience in managing multiple competing priorities effectively, with strong prioritization and time management skills; self-motivated and results-driven
• A keen interest in staying informed about market trends, business intelligence, and competitive landscape
• A university degree or equivalent
