KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Academic Support

• Provide and/or lead course lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions aligned with subject matter expertise, following designated lesson plans to achieve specified learning outcomes while fostering an engaging and enriching educational atmosphere.
• Collaborate with course coordinators, course leaders, and/or associates regarding assessment, moderation, and examination processes.

Academic Quality Assurance

• Execute SIM GE academic protocols, policies, and procedures effectively.
• Uphold rigorous, fair assessment standards and workflows.

Administrative Support for Relevant Divisions and/or Departments

• Contribute insights to internal administrative divisions and/or departments concerning teaching and learning advancements in the subject areas offered by SIM GE and its University Partners.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of a Master's degree with comprehensive knowledge in at least two *disciplines within the department is essential.
• Relevant professional and teaching experience in a minimum of two *disciplines pertinent to the department within a higher education context is mandatory.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and the ability to choose teaching methodologies suitable for the industry and audience is preferred.
• Able to work autonomously or collaboratively as a team player across various internal and external organizational levels.
• Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; proficiency in both English and Mandarin to engage with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is an advantage.
• Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, committed to quality control, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Effective problem-solving abilities with innovative and proactive strategies.
• Exhibit professionalism and a student-centric approach to address the learning needs of students.
