Networks Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Oversight

• Oversee and direct various Network initiatives, managing the complete technical delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate efforts among cross-disciplinary teams including designers, engineers, developers, testers, vendors, and offshore resources.
• Guarantee that delivery milestones, project scope, timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgetary objectives are achieved.
• Utilize Waterfall methodology (with Agile experience considered a plus).

Financial Oversight

• Supervise project budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting processes.
• Generate monthly forecasts and ensure that variances stay within a 10% tolerance level.

Stakeholder & Vendor Relations

• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders (VPs, Directors, Project Owners, Product Managers).
• Oversee contractors and third-party vendors; manage contract conditions, performance metrics, and deliverables.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with internal project governance frameworks and documentation protocols.
• Recognize business impacts and proactively oversee change controls throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience within telecommunications, network infrastructure, or large-scale enterprise IT settings.
• Strong financial management skills and experience in handling substantial budgets.
• Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale projects.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification, along with Agile and Waterfall methodology experience, is preferred.
