Credit Control Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee credit control functions with precision. This position is centered around ensuring timely payment collections while fostering robust relationships with drivers and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the outstanding debts of drivers and corporate clients. Supervise and regulate overdue accounts, ensuring adherence to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for credit control. Engage with customers for payment reminders and negotiate repayment arrangements. Conduct reviews of aged balances and coordinate follow-up actions. Identify and report any exceptional or delinquent accounts, implementing measures to reduce bad debt. Generate daily operational reports. Supervise litigation, credit monitoring, and screening activities. Oversee repossession processes and the performance of third-party collection agencies. Respond to inquiries and appeals from drivers regarding credit control matters.

Qualifications

• A diploma or equivalent qualification in a business-related field is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in credit control is required. Background in the taxi or car rental industry is a plus. A valid Class 3/3A driving license is advantageous. Strong mathematical skills are a necessity.
