Meat Specialist/ Butcher/ SuperMarket

About the Position

• Join the supermarket floater team at Singapore's largest supermarket chain as a Meat Specialist or Butcher. This full-time position involves traveling across the island and working in a fast-paced retail setting, where you will deliver outstanding customer service and possess in-depth knowledge of meat products.

Qualifications:

• Butcher Supervisor - Minimum of 3 years of experience in beef butchery and
• At least 1 year of experience in team leadership, planning, and training
• Proficient in using knives, mincers, slicers, and related food packaging machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret product labels
• Comprehensive understanding of meat preparation, handling techniques, and food safety regulations
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to travel islandwide to provide support as needed

Work Schedule:

• Shifts rotate between: 7:00 AM – 3:20 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:20 PM
• 6-day work week, which includes weekends and public holidays
