Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the ground staff to ensure effective and precise picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes.
• Oversee daily warehouse functions, including the opening and closing procedures, as well as the systematic organization of products in assigned racks, chillers, or freezers.
• Manage incoming shipments from suppliers, ensuring adequate handling, documentation, and systematic organization of stock.
• Organize and schedule deliveries with driver partners, while monitoring stock aging, expiration dates, and temperature logs to uphold product quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations throughout the warehouse.
• Plan, delegate, and enhance warehousing tasks, providing training for new employees and tracking performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Keep precise records, assess reports, and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement and operational efficiency.
• Promote a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related warehouse operations certification, coupled with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse management.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and manage warehouse operations, ensuring high levels of team productivity.
• Proficient in IMS/WMS systems, barcode scanning technology, and basic reporting tools like Excel or Google Sheets, along with strong data analysis abilities.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of effective collaboration across teams.
• A strong sense of accountability and a proactive approach to completing tasks in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
• Previous experience in supermarket, e-commerce, or supply chain sectors is beneficial.
