Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and assess strategies and programs focused on clinical quality and patient safety. Monitor and evaluate Mortality & Morbidity reports from clinical departments, ensuring follow-up on action plans. Recognize both current and potential clinical risks within the organization and formulate effective risk management strategies. Develop suitable and actionable interventions to resolve challenges stemming from clinical incidents.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Strong capabilities in analytical thinking and data analysis. Excellent planning and organizational competencies. Proven interpersonal and communication skills. A detail-oriented and proactive work ethic.
