Programme Executive

Overview

Key Duties

• Design, implement, and facilitate active ageing initiatives for seniors within the community. Ensure all programs adhere to established standards and achieve targeted engagement outcomes. Develop new initiatives or services based on the feedback and needs of service users. Conduct evaluations of programs to collect insights for ongoing enhancement. Recognize opportunities for improvement and initiate the required changes. Coordinate communications with stakeholders regarding programs and services. Mentor volunteers in the execution of program activities. Oversee program budgets and resource allocation. Collaborate with different organizations to ensure effective program delivery.

Qualifications

• Possession of a diploma in any field (preferably in Social Services or similar domains). Relevant experience in engaging with elderly clientele in community, healthcare, or social service environments. Familiarity with program design, execution, and assessment. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Capacity to operate independently as well as collaboratively in a team, handling various tasks and priorities. Flexible, with a proactive mindset towards problem-solving.
