Centre Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative products, processes, standards, or operational plans that align with the organization's strategic goals. Supervise the delivery of programs and services in alignment with set objectives. Establish and oversee a staff induction program while creating a training framework for employee growth. Collaborate with senior management to co-develop strategies and policies for community-oriented services. Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth service delivery. Provide operational leadership and guidance to center staff. Track program and service expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Evaluate and enhance programs to ensure they effectively meet the needs of clients.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Services or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience working with elderly populations in community, healthcare, or social service environments. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program planning, community outreach, or eldercare services. Previous supervisory experience is a plus. Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at fostering relationships with seniors, volunteers, and community partners. Readiness to oversee multiple centers within assigned regions.
