Position: Technical Consultant ERP

Location: 62 Loyang Wy, Singapore

Employment Type: 1 Year Contract via Net2Source Payroll

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Working Hours: Rotational shifts, 5 days per week (Willingness to work during night shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required)

Position Summary

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic recent graduates and early-career individuals to assist with ERP/MES implementation projects in manufacturing settings. This position entails supporting system configuration, conducting testing, validating data, providing user assistance, and engaging in various implementation tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and deployment of ERP/MES systems.
• Collect business requirements and aid in the configuration of solutions.
• Conduct testing, validate data, and perform quality assurance checks.
• Facilitate user training and support post-implementation activities.
• Diagnose issues and offer assistance to end-users.
• Keep project documentation and process records up-to-date.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams.
• Engage in project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or academic exposure pertaining to ERP, MES, manufacturing systems, or IT projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Prior experience with ERP systems is a plus but not required.
