POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications

• A Master's degree in a relevant discipline from the department is essential.
• A Doctorate will be considered a significant advantage.

Professional Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of applicable work and teaching experience in a higher education setting, within a field that aligns with the department, is desired.
• Proficiency in pedagogy and effective people management.
• Proven expertise in best practices related to curriculum design, adult learning theories, and efficient assessment techniques.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to produce accurate and relevant content, showcasing strong facilitation abilities.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and the capability to choose teaching methodologies suitable for both the industry and target audience.
