Full Stack Developer (Angular / NestJS)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a global technology client. You will be part of a streamlined team consisting of approximately six members located in Singapore and the US. This team focuses on developing internal tools and automation solutions that enhance the client's e-commerce and web content management platforms. Your role will be pivotal in transforming manual processes into scalable automated systems while identifying new automation opportunities. This position is ideal for a developer who excels in communication and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Create, develop, and maintain internal web applications utilizing Angular for the front end and NestJS for the back end
• Design user-friendly interfaces for internal content and e-commerce management tools

Automation and Process Enhancement

• Transform manual workflows, including spreadsheets and ad hoc scripts, into automated solutions
• Evaluate current processes and recommend new tools for development or automation

Collaboration with Stakeholders

• Engage with stakeholders in Singapore and other regions to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Communicate technical strategies and options clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development
• Proven expertise in Angular and TypeScript
• Experience in building back-end services using NestJS or a comparable Node.js framework

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services
• Experience in creating internal tools, automation systems, or content management solutions
• Background in technology or product-centric environments with comprehensive ownership of solutions
