Application Support Management

• A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or Client Operations in IT settings.
• Responsible for the complete delivery process of enhancements and bug fixes, from gathering requirements to System Integration Testing (SIT) and production deployment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing communications, status updates, issue resolution, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Plan and oversee production releases, which include release planning, deployment coordination, and post-production validation processes.
• Lead a small team dedicated to Business As Usual (BAU) support, managing workload, ticket queues, priorities, escalations, and daily operations.
• Monitor incidents, manage resolutions, and engage in daily/DSR operational calls.
• Facilitate project governance that encompasses resource planning, prioritization, risk management, timelines, dependencies, and tracking of deliveries.
• Represent projects in weekly or bi-weekly client governance meetings and manage communications with stakeholders.
• Compile and present weekly progress, operational, and escalation reports for senior management and leadership teams.
• Exceptional communication, client management, coordination, and leadership abilities are essential.
