Solution Architect

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to conceptualize Solution Architecture and Design.

• Oversee the implementation process to ensure alignment with the proposed solution and design.

• Provide support to development teams by offering expert advice and guiding engineers in troubleshooting technical issues, as well as conducting code reviews.

• Enhance software quality through the adoption of cloud-native and Agile development methodologies, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

• Assist Quality Assurance teams with test automation while identifying technical challenges and pitfalls.

• Collaborate with fellow architects to standardize the design of reusable libraries.

• Coordinate with various technical teams (e.g., Infrastructure, Enterprise, Applications, Security) to establish infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, application integrations, and to address deployment and integration challenges.

• Engage in experimentation and prototype creation for exploratory initiatives.

Qualifications We Seek

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in application development, design, and business analysis.

• In-depth knowledge of solution architectures and integration patterns.

• Proven ability to design and develop large-scale applications to address complex business challenges.

• Proficiency in .Net, Java, React.js, Node.js, MySQL, and MongoDB.

• Familiarity with multi-paradigm programming languages.

• Experience with the software development lifecycle in an Agile Scrum environment.

• Knowledge of OAuth2/OpenID Connect.

• Experience with containers, microservices, and DevSecOps practices.

• Understanding of cloud-native technologies.

• Proven experience in designing and developing applications within an AWS cloud environment; AWS cloud technology certification is preferred.

• Solid understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Service, Security, and Compliance Management processes, including change, incident, and problem management on cloud platforms.

• Strong analytical skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and delivering results promptly.

• Creative problem-solving abilities for complex issues.

• A self-motivated, innovative, and team-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
