Financial Crime Compliance Consultant

Position Overview

• Provide expert consultative services to clients on all aspects of financial crime.
• Effectively communicate and showcase Professional Services offerings to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• This position also involves developing strategies to initiate or improve service offerings. Responsibilities include representing Professional Services at industry events, collaborating with the Product team to identify complementary services, and executing consultative projects following a defined Business Consulting methodology.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide indirect/direct consulting services to clients.
• Offer ongoing mentoring, thought leadership, and quality assessment to the APAC BA team.
• Support domain expertise during the pre/post sales process for services.
• Ensure successful delivery of solutions that result in highly satisfied, referenceable clients.
• Deliver high-value consulting services in financial crime, performance enhancement, and business transformation, utilizing industry best practices and proven methodologies.
• Build and maintain relationships within the selected partner ecosystem, both internally and externally.
• Engage with clients to evaluate solution suitability and identify product gaps.
• Generate social media content such as blogs and online seminars to promote solutions and Professional Services.
• Attend industry events and, when appropriate, serve as a public speaker.

Education & Experience

• At least 10-15 years of experience in financial crime within a consulting firm, regulatory agency, or major financial institution.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in financial crime, compliance operations, and artificial intelligence.
• Experience in business development with a focus on solutions that include substantial service components.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• MBA preferred; BA/BSc in a relevant discipline required.
• Experience in creating social media blogs and conducting online seminars.
• Able to excel in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
