Job Description
- Accurately process and issue invoices for school fees in a timely manner
- Collect fees and manage deposits, conducting weekly bank reconciliations
- Analyze revenue and costs, including the review of concession postings
- Ensure adherence to FRS 115 standards for revenue recognition
- Review and record month-end revenue entries, addressing any discrepancies as necessary
- Reconcile student enrollment figures with class lists and admissions records
- Monitor and pursue outstanding payments from parents and corporate sponsors
- Maintain accounts receivable records, ensuring aging schedules are current and discrepancies are addressed
- Prepare monthly financial reports along with supporting schedules
- Assist with GST filing, audits, budgeting, and various process improvement initiatives
