Head of Finance - Product and Innovation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of the product cost management lifecycle, spanning from New Product Development to End of Life.
• Assist in the establishment and development of a team dedicated to managing product costs throughout the organization.
• Deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations aimed at achieving cost reductions and enhancing financial results.
• Create business cases to validate investments in cost-saving initiatives and to better guide prioritization and decision-making processes.
• Direct the assessment and management of cost targets and performance metrics across various product categories and models.
• Track and report on cost performance relative to targets, identify risks, and advocate for effective solutions.
• Lead cross-functional sprint teams across multiple locations to drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Guide and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Your Profile

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven ability to leverage extensive financial data to support executive decision-making, develop and utilize advanced financial models, and derive business recommendations from corporate financial statement analysis.
• A proactive approach with strong resilience and motivation; capable of understanding the broader strategic vision while also engaging in the detailed execution of financial projects.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, influencing, and interpersonal skills, effective across all levels of the organization.
• Dynamic and engaging individual with the ability to inspire and motivate teams in a matrixed environment.
