Key Responsibilities

• Develop engineering drawings and produce technical documentation. Manage a comprehensive database of engineering data, which includes drawings and testing reports. Offer technical insights regarding premium connections to both the sales team and clients. Assist the customer service department with the technical assessment of tenders and quotes. Analyze the technical components of contracts. Work in conjunction with manufacturing facilities to ensure products conform to specified standards. Execute additional related tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline. Strong background in mechanical engineering principles, especially in stress analysis and properties of steel materials. Preferred experience within the upstream oil and gas sector. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Intermediate level proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor). Proficient in drafting technical reports. Familiarity with API specifications, particularly 5CT, 5B, 5C3, and 5C5 (beneficial). Understanding of lean six sigma methodologies is advantageous. Experience in project management is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization.
