Site Reliability Engineer (AI Platform)

Overview

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to become a vital member of our high-performing AI Platform team, which is tasked with developing and managing the essential infrastructure, runtime, and operational foundations that facilitate AI integration throughout the organization.

This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, and DevOps roles while tackling complex operational challenges within a contemporary cloud-native setting. You will be instrumental in maintaining the scalability, resilience, and observability of the AI Platform, supporting AI-driven services and applications utilized across the company.

What You'll Do

• Enhance platform reliability, resilience, and operational excellence.
• Manage and improve Terraform-based infrastructure provisioning and administration.
• Oversee and support Kubernetes (Amazon EKS) environments in a production setting.
• Create and sustain CI/CD pipelines that facilitate deployment and release processes.
• Promote observability, monitoring, and alerting best practices throughout the platform.
• Assist in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and platform troubleshooting.
• Coordinate production releases from UAT to live deployment.
• Automate operational tasks through scripting and tooling solutions.
• Support AI and agent-based workloads operating within the platform ecosystem.

Must-Have Skills

• 3-8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure settings.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Significant production experience with Kubernetes, preferably Amazon EKS.
• Robust experience in managing cloud-native environments on AWS.
• Proficient in building, maintaining, or overseeing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in managing production releases, change processes, and deployment activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools, such as Datadog.
• Linux administration and troubleshooting expertise.
• Proficiency in Python or scripting for automation and operational tooling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AI / LLM platforms.
• Familiarity with agentic systems.
• Knowledge of Helm.
• Experience with OpenSearch.
• Proficiency in Databricks.
• Understanding of AI observability and traceability concepts.
• Experience in enterprise platform operations.
• Exposure to chaos engineering or resilience testing.
