Training & Development Executive (Beauty) - Massage & Facial

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis to identify training needs and create effective training programs.
• Provide both theoretical and practical instruction on treatments, product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
• Evaluate the skill levels of trainees and offer personalized coaching.
• Conduct training assessments and compile comprehensive reports.
• Execute outlet evaluations to ensure adherence to service standards and skill requirements.
• Suggest and implement further training or re-training as necessary.
• Assist Research & Development by evaluating products, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Possess relevant qualifications in beauty or therapy (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, NITEC).
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in massage and facial therapy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with various computer applications.
• Excellent communication abilities and skills in delivering training effectively.
