Job Overview

We are in search of a Tech Lead QA to become a pivotal member of our vibrant team in India. The successful candidate will take charge of our quality assurance initiatives, ensuring the provision of top-notch software solutions. The Tech Lead QA will be instrumental in developing our testing strategies while also providing mentorship to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the QA team in formulating and executing testing strategies and plans.
• Supervise the creation and implementation of test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to uphold quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Coach and support junior QA engineers in effective testing practices and methodologies.
• Identify, document, and monitor defects using suitable tools and methodologies.
• Perform regular code reviews and ensure compliance with QA processes and standards.
• Evaluate test outcomes and offer insights to enhance software quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies and processes.
• Expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
