Desktop Engineer

Job Location: Pasir Ris

Education: Local or Private Diploma

Salary Range: $2500 - $2700

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver fundamental troubleshooting assistance via phone, email, and deskside for technical challenges associated with desktop, network, and hardware issues

• Document issues and ensure follow-up until resolution

• Offer technical guidance regarding the functional features of hardware and software peripherals

• Provide deskside support to office personnel to address technical problems on their devices

• Collaborate with the Systems team to assist in end-user deployment projects as required

Qualifications:

1) Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology

2) A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

3) Capability to work in a Clean Room environment, as certain systems will be located there

4) Proficient in providing support for both desktop hardware and software
