Compliance & Operations Associate

Overview

Become a part of an energetic team dedicated to compliance and operational efficiency within the financial services industry. This role provides a chance to participate in compliance initiatives, daily trading functions, and office management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily compliance operations, including KYC/CDD processes, counterparty onboarding, and upkeep of regulatory documentation. Aid in the preparation of regulatory submissions, audits, compliance assessments, and internal control measures. Support daily trading activities, involving trade verification, reconciliations, and resolution of operational inconsistencies. Ensure accurate compliance records and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners. Contribute to general office administration and process enhancements as required.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, exhibiting a strong sense of integrity and accountability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting. A solid academic record, showcasing analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Previous internship or experience in compliance, trading operations, or financial markets is preferable. Proficient in data handling and technology, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with automation tools being advantageous. Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgement, with the ability to resolve issues when they arise.
