Senior Flowable Java Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Flowable Java Engineer with extensive knowledge in workflow automation, business process management, and enterprise application development. The perfect candidate will possess practical experience in crafting and implementing scalable solutions utilizing Flowable, Java, and Spring Boot in Agile settings.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and uphold workflow-driven applications leveraging Flowable BPM.
• Create scalable microservices and REST APIs utilizing Java and Spring Boot.
• Model and execute business processes using BPMN 2.0.
• Engage with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Diagnose, enhance, and provide support for mission-critical applications.
• Contribute to software architecture, design, and engineering best practices.
• Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and technical assessments.

Required Qualifications

• Practical experience with Flowable BPM.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Experience in BPMN 2.0 modeling.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design patterns.
• Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Maven or Gradle build tools.
• Solid grasp of software engineering principles and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure AKS or cloud-native environments.
• Linux-based application deployment and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Front-end integration experience using Angular or React.
• BPM certifications or experience in workflow automation.
• Background in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
