Senior Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to oversee a team dedicated to building maintenance and facility operations. This position provides a chance to enhance the maintenance framework for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of technicians in the daily upkeep of buildings and facilities management. Oversee contractors to ensure the successful implementation of Preventive Maintenance (PM) for critical mechanical and electrical systems. Organize and coordinate on-the-spot repairs and replacements for mechanical and electrical equipment. Assist in the management of soft services, including housekeeping, landscaping, and pest control. Track monthly usage of electricity and water. Execute direct control responsibilities as a management representative outside regular office hours. Address concerns and feedback from internal and external stakeholders. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely supply replenishment. Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Facilities Manager.

Qualifications

• Nitec in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Technician in Maintenance within Facilities Management, with expertise in Building Automation Systems (BAS), electrical systems, and air conditioning. Proficient in troubleshooting electrical issues and effectively managing stock inventory. Self-motivated, independent, and able to perform under pressure. A strong team player with a positive demeanor and a customer-focused mindset.
