As a member of the Global Logistics Control Tower team, you will oversee, manage, and enhance logistics operations from the moment a Dyson product leaves the manufacturing facility until it reaches the customer. Your role will involve supporting the team in tracking logistics supplier performance and contributing to the initiation and implementation of cost-saving initiatives. You'll collaborate with a diverse range of professionals, including 4PL service providers, 3PL partners, global and regional teams, and cross-functional collaborators, to promote logistics efficiency and continuous improvement. This experience will provide you with valuable insights and hands-on exposure to today's dynamic and fast-evolving supply chain management landscape from a global perspective.
About You
As you contribute to the development of the next generation of Dyson technology, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field, and currently in your penultimate year.
- Demonstrated ability to apply your technical knowledge and skills (financial, analytical, and numerical) to problem-solving, whether through academic projects or prior internship experiences.
- Dedicated to learning about global supply chain dynamics and the operational aspects of our business.
- Eager to build networks for collaboration and knowledge-sharing with industry experts.
- Professional and articulate, capable of actively engaging in discussions.
