Warehouse Manager

Position Overview

Become a vital part of our energetic team as a Warehouse Manager, where you will be responsible for overseeing operations to ensure efficient material handling, providing uninterrupted production support, and maintaining safety and inventory protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor warehouse staff to boost productivity and enhance operational effectiveness. Oversee the processes of receiving, kitting, and shipping in accordance with production schedules. Establish and manage inventory controls to reduce discrepancies and optimize stock levels. Ensure the precise maintenance and reconciliation of the SAP system alongside physical stock counts. Adhere to safety regulations and sustain 5S methodologies within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with the Facilities department to oversee the maintenance of store equipment. Work in tandem with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality departments to ensure seamless operations. Generate regular reports detailing warehouse activities and guarantee accurate documentation of all shipments. Perform monthly and quarterly inventory audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment. Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations and management techniques. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus. Exceptional leadership and organizational capabilities. Strong collaborator with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
