Product Engineer (Electronics)

Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and validate electronic components and circuits for both new and existing product lines.
• Examine component specifications and technical requirements to ensure they meet compliance standards.
• Perform circuit testing, validation, and troubleshooting utilizing various electronic testing equipment.
• Interpret test results and implement corrective measures to address technical challenges.
• Work collaboratively with R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, and suppliers to streamline product development and manufacturing processes.
• Examine product reliability and provide recommendations for addressing field-related concerns.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, drawings, BOMs, and test reports.
• Assist in new product introduction (NPI) initiatives, ensuring that production readiness and product validation are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Understanding of circuit schematics, electronic symbols, and technical documentation.
• Experience with electronic testing instruments such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for effective reporting and documentation purposes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about learning.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fundamental knowledge of analog and digital electronics, power electronics, or motor driver circuits.
• Familiarity with PCB design and development software.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, robotics, and automation principles is a plus.
