Manufacturing Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Must possess certification in essential production skill sets, which include ISO 5 and ISO 8 or 10, Formation, Loading, Primary Packing, PTA6 Packing, ENV, Cartooning, 13mm Teflon VI, and RU (Loading/Unloading/Error Clear/Startup).
• Report any safety hazards and potential risks through the 'See-Do-Say' initiative.
• Conduct quality inspections and promptly report any irregularities to the Production Lead, Senior Production Lead, or Production Supervisor.
• Accurately execute material system transactions.
• Facilitate training sessions and collaborate with the Training Lead to ensure the certification of team members.
• Effectively implement and adhere to OCAP (Out of Control Plan) procedures.
• Engage in, recommend, and assist with Kaizen projects or other continuous improvement initiatives within the production line.
• Provide assistance in performing certain responsibilities of the Production Lead during their absence.

• Knowledge of GMP/GDP compliance and the application of processes related to job-specific SOIs/WIs as assigned in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Exhibit the necessary communication and training skills required for the position.
