• Utilize data analysis and collaborative workshops to formulate practical and sustainable solutions.
• Offer project management assistance throughout the solution implementation phase.
• Monitor post-deployment performance and ensure smooth transitions to production teams.

What You'll Bring

• A Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, business process re-engineering, IT/OT system development, process innovation, or business/system consulting.
• Expertise in simulation tools and techniques (such as digital twin and discrete event simulation) for modeling and analyzing complex systems.
• Strong background in process innovation, IT/OT system development, and implementation of data analysis or business intelligence.
• A comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing sector.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to uncover opportunities for enhancement and devise innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders.
