Account Manager - Healthcare

Position Overview:

This position is essential for enhancing engagement with public healthcare entities, fostering growth, and ensuring the effective implementation of innovative IT solutions within hospitals, clinics, and governmental health organizations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of public healthcare clients, which includes hospitals, clinics, and health boards
• Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare field
• Identify opportunities to expand current accounts and align solutions with strategic healthcare goals
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to create and present customized proposals
• Stay informed on public healthcare IT initiatives, compliance standards, and procurement frameworks (such as IHiS, G-Cloud, IHIS procurement)
• Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing account engagement and support
• Conduct regular account evaluations and provide strategic insights to clients and internal teams
• Represent the company at healthcare technology events, forums, and networking functions

Candidate Profile:

• Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, preferably within the healthcare sector or public sector IT
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare operational requirements, regulations, and digital transformation strategies
• Understanding of public sector procurement processes in the healthcare domain
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution-selling abilities
• Capability to convey complex IT concepts as clear business benefits for healthcare stakeholders
• Self-driven, organized, and committed to cultivating long-term relationships
• Experience in healthcare IT, cloud services, cybersecurity, or digital infrastructure is highly beneficial
