Dot Net Developer (SPD)

Position: Dot Net Developer

Level: Consultant/Senior Consultant

Contract Duration: 12 months (with the possibility of renewal)

Work Location: Singapore

As a Dot Net Developer, your primary role will be to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance applications based on microservices architecture, utilizing various languages and technologies from the .NET framework.

You will join an agile team that focuses on delivering products tailored for the Financial Industry and supporting the Financial Supervision function.

Key Responsibilities

Supervision Platform Division

Within the Information Technology Department, the Dot Net Developer will be tasked with:

• Collaborating with fellow development team members and product owners to conceptualize software solutions.

• Designing both client-side and server-side architecture.

• Creating and implementing microservices to align with business and technical needs.

• Developing user-friendly front-end applications that enhance user experience.

• Building and maintaining efficient databases and applications.

• Identifying issues, debugging, and upgrading applications as necessary.

• Producing technical documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ideally, over 5 years of experience as a full stack developer.

• Proficient in developing end-to-end applications.

• Experience in both Unix and Windows operating systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., React, NodeJS, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).

• Hands-on experience with technologies such as .Net Core, Net5 or later, and C#.

• Understanding of databases (e.g., MySQL, Microsoft SQL) and the Entity Framework.

• ICT Assessment Certification for Software Developers (NUS-ISS) is a plus.

• Knowledge of web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design principles.

• Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies.

• Experience with DevSecOps architecture.

• Background in developing cloud-native applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
