Land Surveyor

Position Overview

Become a vital part of our energetic team by taking charge of site surveying operations, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in every aspect of the role. This position allows you to collaborate closely with production teams and clients, driving the delivery of exceptional results.

Key Duties

• Oversee, manage, and coordinate site surveying activities. Establish survey points and levels on-site. Organize and schedule daily surveying operations. Maintain surveying equipment, including Total Station and leveling tools. Support the production team in creating shop drawings, as-built survey drawings, and actual works as required. Guarantee prompt, efficient, and precise documentation of all measurements. Participate in site meetings and communicate with clients regarding land surveying issues. Perform site inspections regularly as part of project quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline. At least 5 years of professional experience as a land surveyor. Proven experience in addition and alteration (A&A) projects.
